Step 1: Pre-Admission

Complete the following:

• Psychological Screening and Evaluation - See Very Rev. Joseph Hirsch, Vicar for Clergy
• Social and Religious Background Check - See Very Rev. Joseph Hirsch, Vicar for Clergy
• Medical Evaluation - See Very Rev. Joseph Hirsch, Vicar for Clergy
• Comprehensive Criminal Background Check will be completed upon admission and immediately prior to ordination.  (This will include filling out the "Criminal Background Check Form" and the "Confidential Questionnaire" below and a fingerprint check. - See Very Rev. Joseph Hirsch, Vicar for Clergy for the fingerprint check.
• Background Check Form (note: this must also be completed again prior to ordination). 
• Confidential Questionnaire

Read all of the required reading.
