Here is a list of
services offered by the Diocesan Buildings and
Grounds. If you have any further questions or
concerns please contact the Office at (608)791-2692.
1. Consultation on
asbestos.
2. Consultation on construction
3. Consultation on mechanical systems
4. Consultation on electrical systems.
5. Consultation on any building related issue
(bats, water leaks, etc.)
6. Writing bid specifications for building and
remodeling projects.
7. Bid management on any construction remodeling,
replacement project.
8. Scheduling and coordination of asbestos
inspectors and contractors.
9. Operations and maintenance budget development
for facilities.
In addition to the
above mentioned services, the monthly assessment
fees include:
1. Travel
expenses.
2. Phone expenses.
3. Printing and postage expenses.
4. Property/Liability insurance.
5. Rental of office space from the Diocese of La
Crosse.
6. Attendance of professional workshops and
conferences.
7. Diocesan level consultation with outside legal
or professional consultants relation to projects. |
