Greetings to all of you
from the Office of Marriage and Family Life!
As the Director, I would
like to take this opportunity to welcome
you to the inaugural edition of our office's
E-News. We have studied this idea
for about a year now and have concluded
that we are beginning to cross over that
tradition of mailing you paper to now connecting
with you electronically.
This began with a renewed
web page presence www.dioceseoflacrosse.com/marriage
whereby we provide information that married
couples and families may find useful or
need as in the case of marriage preparation.
Topics on the Office web page include: Marriage
Preparation (English and Spanish), Natural
Family Planning, Marriage Enrichment, Parent's
Place, Adoption, Marriage HELP, Divorce,
Men's Ministry, Women's Ministry and the
Ministry of Consolation. As my peers in
other diocese say to me "Womb to Tomb".
Beginning with this issue
I would like to accomplish three things;

Provide information about
each of the above topics with you by either
sharing something new that is happening,
or
-
Sharing information about
each of the topics generally over time so
that you may know us as a resource for your
marriage and family, and
-
To provide you with links
to resources that we have found useful in
serving the needs of Catholic marriages
and families in our diocese.
Finally, we will always
have a section that will invite you to link
directly to our office for questions you would
like to ask or
stories that you would like share
with us.
We hope you find this useful
from time to time and if you do PLEASE let
us know.
